Initial Meeting (Meeting #1) - The purpose of the initial meeting is to form a relationship, get to know one another, discuss your space, your goals and vision, and budget. Follow up with design costs including initial deposit. After an agreement is reached, JoIris Designs will conduct an independent site analysis to assess site potential including taking measurements, photos and existing elements

Design Concepts (Meeting #2) - Preliminary sketches, including three (3) concept ideas, will be reviewed. This will include possible features, materials and plant palette presented (irrigation and lighting may be additional depending on complexity and size).

Final Plan (Meeting #3) - The final plan is presented and has a sufficient level of property and garden design in order to obtain accurate installation bids. At this point you will have the electronic version plus 2 hard copies (11" x 17" or 18” x 24”) rendering of your final plan.

Installation - At this point you are free to move forward on the installation with your contractor of choice. JoIris Designs may be available to assist in procuring installation experts as well as act as project manager (on a limited basis) for your project.
